POST TYPE: BASIC

We are born, grow, learn, experience life, slowly age, and finally die.

Death is a part of life and a natural process of life. Death is not only negative. Imagine being immortal and endlessly going through the same experiences; it sounds scary. Death is the reward at the end of a lived life. It isn't easy only when it suddenly appears when a person is still full of strength.

The Question Is, Are You Alive Before You Die?

It's not a very popular topic, and we wouldn't like to discuss it today. But I believe that we have to accept that fact and actively participate in the process. Death is inevitable, and we, as conscious beings, must understand that it gives meaning to life. We have limited time, and we must value every moment. Did you know that simply smiling can boost your mood and help you enjoy life more?

Finding Happiness and Enjoying Life in Daily Moments!

Now some people think, why do certain things, eat healthy food or do fitness in this life when we are dying anyway. Well, we've established that we die one day and don't have to question it anymore. But the question is whether you want to take a handful of pills in the last parts of your life or not.

Do you want to be pain-free in the remaining decades of your life? See at least a meter or two in front of you without using binoculars and being able to eat your favorite food without choking. Or be able to walk at all?

I think most will turn to the realization that they don't want such a part and episodes of life. With the logic of thinking, we can understand the meaning of life, and with an active lifestyle (blog post), proper nutrition, and a dose of gratitude, we can shape our remaining time on this beautiful planet. Enjoy life by appreciating the small moments and living in the present.

Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside us while we live.

 Interesting Fact

There is another interesting fact: You are a miracle. That's right, you who are reading this article right now. Scientists have calculated that the chance that you were born in

1 in 400,000,000,000,000.

I don't know if you have ever played the lottery, but for comparison, the chance of winning the jackpot is about 1 in 300,000,000. You can be fortunate because you have already won more than one lottery. So please don't ask how to change my life. Enjoy while you live. If we are already living, why not enjoy it?

We all live to enjoy our lives, spend time with loved ones, and learn new things.

Whatever you enjoy from sports activities, delicious food, travel, or concerts, just go.

We love some of our people and mean to others, especially our closest ones.

Don't wait any longer for someone you love to wish and say how you feel about them; hug them while they still think, and speak now while they can still hear.

Let's go and share experiences. We all matter, and you matter.

This is the end... but only of this article!
